How to buy coffee
From now on, you can buy coffee via the application, thanks to the digitalisation of our coffeetowers.
If you still have physical coffeecards-or badges in your possession, you can bring them to the FrontDesk.
We will then gladly transfer the remaining balance to your personal wallet of your application. You can then use this amount to purchase coffee.
1. Scan the QR code on the coffeetower via the QR scanner on your MeetDistrict application.
2. Choose the desired payment method and select the number of coffees.
You can choose between the company wallet and your personal wallet.
Purchases by the company wallet are charged on the company's invoice.
3. The personal wallet is the amount that you have uploaded on the application, linked to your personal bank account.
You can load up your personal wallet on the application via the tab personal wallet in the menu.
4. After you have chosen your preferred payment method, choose the desired flavour or flavours on the coffeetower.
The selected coffee pods will then be ejected.
