What if the meeting takes longer than expected?

Additional reservations can always be made. This way you can log in again in the mobile application and under 'my meetings' we give you 2 options:

  1. With a paying MeetBox you can adjust the times of your reservation via "edit" - only if this MeetBox is still available.

  2. With a non-paying MeetBox you can (if under the time zone of 90 min) and if available your reservation "adjust". If you exceed 90 minutes then the application gives you the possibility to book another MeetBox.
