How does the check-in at the kiosk work?

  1. Add your visitor as an attendee to your booking.

  2. Your visitor will receive a 'Visitor pass' e-mail from reservations@meetdistrict.com (when they are not a member of that location.)

  3. The Visitor Pass embeds a QR code. The QR code must be presented to the kiosk camera.

  4. When the QR is scanned, they can click 'Check in' on the kiosk screen.

  5. Upon doing this, you will receive a notification in your app and a SMS.
    If you'd wish so, you can reply to the SMS with 'room', 'wait' or 'coffee'. The reception of the location will receive an e-mail to inform your visitor on your decision.
    When you chose 'coffee', the reception will offer them a coffee while waiting for your arrival.
