As such, we strive to provide our members with clear and concise messaging that will ensure a successful meeting experience for both parties.
When you invite a guest to a meeting, they will receive an email containing all the essential details:
Confirmation Email: When a meeting is scheduled, guests will receive a confirmation email from reservations@meetdistrict.com with all the essential details such as the date, time, location, and the name of the host. This email will also contain a link to confirm their attendance and provide any additional information that may be useful, such as directions to the property and parking instructions.
Visitor Pass Email: 24 hours before the scheduled meeting, or immediately if the meeting is scheduled for the same day, guests will receive a visitor pass email. This email provides a step-by-step guide on how to get to the location, park, check-in, and locate the meeting room. Additionally, the email includes a link to a webpage that allows guests to control the parking barriers if necessary.
